Please briefly describe the proposed program, including an explanation of how it aligns with the Town of <br />Chapel Hill and Carrboro’s Results Framework, and Orange County BOCC Goals and Priorities, and the target <br />population to benefit from the program. (100 words or less) <br />Demand for El Futuro’s services has grown significantly as a <br />result of the disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 on Latino <br />families. In addition to providing direct treatment (via <br />telehealth until it is safe to be face-to-face), we will also <br />continue to work closely with school and other partners to <br />provide prevention and education workshops for Latino <br />parents and caregivers. In this way, we will ensure access to <br />services for one of our most vulnerable populations, meeting <br />the Orange Co BOCC goal of promoting the well-being of all <br />residents and the CH/Carrboro goal of improving health <br />outcomes for even the most under-served. <br />7.
