Cost: Double Header rate per game <br />Basketball – Adult Rec (2 officials) $60 per game <br />Basketball – Adult Rec (3 officials) $90 per game <br />Soccer – U8, U10, and U12 – One official $35 per game <br />Soccer – U15 – One official $50 per game <br />Flag Football – U8 - Two officials $40 per game <br />Flag Football – U12 - Two officials $45 per official <br /> <br /> <br />Per game costs include the cost for the officials, the booking service and paying the officials. <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br /> <br />Cost Information and definitions: <br /> <br />Booking Fee Included in the per game fees proposal above. <br />Single Games Billed at twice the normal rate as listed above <br />Tournament Games Billed at the above rates plus $5 per official per game <br />Cancelled Games (Weather Related) Billed at $5 per game <br />Forfeit, Suspended, Rained out or games <br />canceled not weather related Case by case – from $10.00 to full game fee <br />Billing <br />Invoicing provided every two weeks – Payment due within 30 <br />days of receiving invoice.
