Certified by: _______________________ Title: __________________________ Date: ____________ <br /> (Provider’s Signature) <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT “B” <br /> <br />Scope of Services – FY 2021 -2022 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br /> <br />Agency Name: Historical Foundation of Hillsborough and Orange County <br />Program Name: Orange County Historical Museum, Education Through Exhibits <br />Funding Award: $9,606 <br /> <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County’s funding award. <br />Program Services <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2022. <br /> Provide free educational history and heritage opportunities to the public by designing and opening <br />two temporary exhibits, each with 3 associated events <br /> Participate in town/countywide efforts to coordinate programming across all nonprofits to promote <br />life-long learning and diversity by participating in meetings and creating exhibit or other content <br />and/or supplemental programs <br /> Develop and provide educational tours and activities/lessons for both formal and informal learning <br />environments with community educational needs in mind, determined through communication with <br />educators and community representatives <br /> <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />County, only (all Towns and municipalities).
