Since the <br />Museum was closed from mid-November 2019 to late September 2020, the numbers of <br />visitors were restricted. Therefore, these projected numbers do not align with projected <br />numbers from FY 20-21 application and have been adjusted accordingly. In addition, it is <br />unknown as of mid-January 2021, if and when the Museum can reopen to larger crowds. <br />Currently timed entry and private tours are available from Friday through Sunday. <br />Registration is required to ensure cleaning and disinfecting between visits. Masks are <br />required at all times. <br />***In the past, the Historical Foundation of Hillsborough and Orange County (OCHM) did not <br />capture statistics on gender, ethnicity, or age from museum visitors. Upon re-opening in the <br />fall of 2020, approximate ethnicity and age was subsequently collected for on-site visitors. <br />Demographics for those attending online programs were estimated. Gender is not collected, <br />as guests who visit the museum or attend a virtual program are not asked to fill out a survey, <br />and the museum does not wish to assume gender identity based on individual presentation. <br />8.
