CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. 3 — 12 UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UDO) TEXT AMENDMENTS — <br /> DECRIMINALIZATION OF ORDINANCE VIOLATION - To review proposed <br /> UDO text amendments in response to Session Law 2021-138 <br /> (Senate Bill 300) which decriminalized violations of certain types of <br /> ordinances, including ordinances regulating planning and <br /> development. <br /> Presenter: Michael Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor <br /> 3.
