The vies were originally adopted on November <br />19,1985. <br />The proposed motliflcations b the roles of operation for the EFlantl sewer system contain <br />provisions (het provide for the rseeticn and use of a perpetual maintenance !antl for a pumping <br />eta[ion that la required [o provide sewer service to a new development. Generelly, the rules call <br />for the fund to be created by means of an "up-front' payment bye projec[tleveloper fo the <br />County.
