Exhibit D <br />ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS COMMISSION AND FEE STRUCTURE <br />Revised June 22, 2021 <br />In an effort to keep Eno Arts Mill Studios affordable for local artists while ensuring the sustainability of the Studios, the Orange <br />County Arts Commission (OCAC) will charge the following commission for services: <br />•SALES OF ARTWORK The County will collect a 30% commission from the sale of artwork during monthly featured exhibits. <br />This includes work displayed in designated exhibit areas, but not within individual artist studios. In exchange, the County <br />will promote the exhibits and host a monthly Open Studio Reception. Featured work will be entered into an inventory <br />system and sales will be tracked. Sales will be calculated following the exhibit closing and artist payments processed within <br />thirty (30) days. <br />•CLASSES <br />o Suite 17 Small Classroom: There will be no charge to use the small classroom during regular business hours when <br />OCAC staff is onsite. Outside of these hours, there will be a $25 per hour fee to cover staff time. Payment must be <br />received within thirty days in order to continue use of class space. <br />o Suite 17 Large Classroom: Studio Artists may rent the large classroom for $35 per hour. In exchange, the OCAC will <br />provide facilities, tables and chairs, scheduling and reservation assistance, and a listing of the class on the OCAC <br />website.
