Franklin Unit #3 <br /> <br /> <br />PROPOSAL <br /> <br /> We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: <br />Option #1 <br />• Provide labor and material necessary to remove 5 ton cooling only unit, and cased coil. Replace both <br />with new 5 ton Trane cooling only condensing unit and cased 410a coil <br />• Reconnect back to existing furnace, thermostat, duct work, gas piping, condensate drain line, <br />refrigerant line set, power and control wiring <br />• Pull all permits, provide rigging and a startup with one year warranty on all labor and material <br />supplied <br /> <br />We propose hereby to furnish material and labor: <br />Option #2 <br />• Provide labor and material necessary to remove bad compressor and replace with new factory OEM <br />compressor <br />• Charge system to factory setting and return unit to operation, customer will be notified if further <br />repairs will be required once operational <br /> <br />We propose hereby to furnish material and labor: <br /> <br />Payment to be made at completion <br />Exclusions: <br />• Concrete, roof, cutting, patching, <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL: The above prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory <br />and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified.
