Our <br /> services include career and financial education, domestic violence crisis and prevention <br /> programs, assistance with legal resources, and youth health programs. <br /> 3. We have consistently met <br /> proposed outcomes, budgets, and timetables while growing our programs to meet the <br /> evolving needs of our community, especially the most vulnerable populations. Compass <br /> Center (formerly The Women's Center and Family Violence Prevention Center) have been <br /> leaders in Orange County's work to provide individuals with the tools they need to build safe, <br /> secure, and stable lives.
