26 BACKGROUND: The following appointment information is for Board consideration: NAME SPECIAL TYPE OF EXPIRATION REPRESENTATIVE APPOINTMENT DATE TERM Bob Hall At-Large Tenth Full Term 06/30/2023 BOCC Appointee NOTE - If the individuals listed above are appointed, the following vacancies remain: • None Tara May introduced the item. She said the Jury Commission is not subject to the Advisory Board Policy. She said appointees serve for 2-year terms, but there are no term limits. Chair Price said Bob Hall is good on this commission and continuity was important for a season. She suggested Phyllis Horton as the appointee. Commissioner Bedford said she also thinks Horton would be good on the commission. Commissioner Fowler said there is a typo in the agenda materials regarding term limits. Commissioner Fowler said she would be open to appointing Horton. Commissioner Hamilton also agreed on Horton. The Board agreed by consensus to appoint Phyllis Horton to the Jury Commission. 12. Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee —Appointment Discussion The Board discussed an appointment to the Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee.
