Closed Session <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee and second by Commissioner Fowler to <br /> enter into closed session at 8:39 p.m. "pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an <br /> attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the <br /> attorney and the Board" and to approve closed session minutes. <br /> Roll call ensued. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Resume regular session <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee and seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br /> to enter into regular session at 9:18 p.m. <br /> 14.
