EXHIBIT "B" <br />Scope of Services -FY 2021-2022 <br />Outside Agency Performance Agreement <br />Agency Name: TROSA (Triangle Residential Options for Substance Abusers, Inc.) <br />Program Name: Mental Health and Substance Abuse Recovery for Orange County Residents <br />Funding Award: $250 <br />Outline how the agency will spend Orange County 's fond ing award. <br />Expense Description <br />Resident Life Costs for Orange County Residents <br />Program Services <br />Amount <br />$250 <br />Outline the critical services (activities) the agency will employ to attain the Anticipated Outcomes below, by June 30, 2022 . <br />• TROSA will provide all basic needs of residents at no cost (food, clothing, housing, daily care <br />items, transportation, and healthcare), so that individuals can focus solely on their recovery. <br />• TROSA will provide education advancement opportunities to residents, which help prepare <br />residents for employment after leaving TROSA Some of these opportunities include GED prep <br />classes and testing to earn a GED, college courses, and employment-based certification courses <br />(i .e. ServSafe Certification, NC Peer Support Specialist). <br />• TROSA will provide vocational training opportunities to residents, which help prepare residents <br />for employment after leaving TROSA All residents will be placed in a "community assignment" <br />in one of TROSA's internal departments or public-facing social enterprises (TROSA Moving, <br />TROSA Lawn Care, TROSA Thrift Store, or TROSA Holiday Tree Lots), and they will receive at <br />least 40 hours of hands-on vocational training per week. <br />Anticipated Outcomes <br />The Anticipated Results column must include quantifiable results in the form of number of persons/units served within Orange <br />Co untv, only (all Towns and municipalities).
