DocuSign Envelope ID:081 EF70B-AC4D-47A1-8412-D6A5365AE30C <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT AMENDMENT <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 7"' day of October, 2021 by and <br /> between ORANGE COUNTY (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Inter-faith Council for Social Services, Inc. <br /> (hereinafter referred to as"Provider"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> THAT WHEREAS,the County and Provider entered into an Outside Agency Funds Performance Agreement dated July 1, <br /> 2021, (hereinafter the"Original Agreement"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the County and Provider desire to amend the Original Agreement while keeping in effect all terms and <br /> conditions of the Original Agreement not inconsistent with the terms and conditions set forth below. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements made herein, the parties agree to <br /> amend the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. The title of the Original Agreement is revised as follows: Outside Agency Funds Performance Agreement. <br /> 2. The second sentence of Paragraph 8(d) is revised as follows: The County's living wage is $15.40 per hour. <br /> 3. Paragraphs 8(k)through 8(s) are hereby struck from the Original Agreement. <br /> 4. The first line of the footer to the Original Agreement is revised as follows: Orange County Outside Agency <br /> Funds Performance Agreement. <br /> 5. Except for the changes made herein,the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect to the extent <br /> it is not inconsistent with this Amendment.
