 Bidders should fully examine the Project Documents and existing site conditions prior to submitting their <br />bid. If there are any questions regarding the design intent, or any errors or discrepancies in the drawings <br />or documents are found, bidders should immediately notify the Designer to allow for correction or <br />clarification in an addendum to all bidders. Addendum No. 1 will include the pre-bid meeting minutes <br />and to respond to any unanswered questions. Addenda will be sent to each plan holder including eligible <br />bidders, manufacturers, or subcontractors.
