Ms. Angel Barnes is t he project manager for Orange County. <br />Ms. Allyson Coltrane will be the building representative. Mr. Rob Tatum is the Project Manager for Atlas <br />Engineering and will be the primary source of contact for the Designer. <br /> <br /> A sign-in sheet was circulated. The pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory, but it is the only time the <br />contractor may visit the site. All addendum(s) will be e-mailed. If the addendum needs to be sent to <br />someone other than who was at the pre-bid, the additional e-mail address should be written on the sign- <br />in sheet. <br /> <br /> A thumb drive with the specifications, drawings, and photos of the facility were distributed. <br /> <br /> Submit bids via email (pdf format), to the Orange County Purchasing Agent jamaro@orangecountync.gov <br />by September 16, 2021, no later than 5:00 p.m. There will not be a formal opening. Results will be made <br />available after award. <br /> <br /> Bidders shall include the Form of Proposal, E-Verify Affidavit, Living Wage Certification, <br />Nondiscrimination Certification, MBE Affidavit A or B, and Contractor’s Safety Record Information <br />(See Attached Forms).
