The general contractor for [he <br />facility has proposed to route the buried electrical service as follows: extentling south from an <br />existing power pale on the north sitle of the existing north entrance to the existing parking area <br />along the east aide of the parking area to a pedestal mounted transformer near the north east <br />corner of the building: fmm the transformer, service would extentl tc the south east comer of the <br />bugtling. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None anticipated. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Managertecommentls that the BoaN approve and authorize <br />the Manager to execute an easement end easement agreement aublect to County stefi, the <br />building contractor, and Duke Power agreeing on 1) a suitable easement muting that avoitla <br />damaging or tuning existing trees and 2) satisfactory (to the County Attorney) easement <br />documents. <br />
