Rebuilding Together of the Triangle (RTT) <br />a)Date of Incorporation (Month/Year): January, 1996 <br />b)Applicant organization’s Purpose/Mission (no more than a few sentences): <br /> Rebuilding Together of the Triangle (RTT) believes that everyone deserves to live in a safe <br />healthy home, and we work to achieve this by repairing homes, revitalizing communities <br />and rebuilding lives. RTT completes repairs, safety modifications and home performance <br />upgrades for low-income homeowners in Orange, Chatham, Durham and Wake counties. <br />c)Please provide a brief description of your organization’s past achievements in carrying <br />out similar projects and evidence of successful record of meeting proposed budgets and <br />timetables (no more than 100 words). <br />RTT has served over 750 Triangle families over the last decade, with projects ranging <br />from simple appliance replacements to full-scale home rehabilitation. We have worked with <br />dozens of public and private funding partners, managing a complex matrix of budgets, <br />timetables and funding priorities to ensure that our clients are able to access the services <br />they need.
