Minimize production of greenhouse gases. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board <br /> 1) Approve a Development Agreement between Orange Rural Fire Department (ORFD) and <br /> Orange County; and <br /> 2) Authorize the County Manager to execute the Agreement upon final review by the County <br /> Attorney. <br />
