In construing this Lease feminine or neuter pronouns <br /> shall be substituted for those masculine in form and vice versa, and plural terms shall be <br /> substituted for singular and singular for plural in any place in which the context so requires. <br /> 34. Use of the Premises for Historic Preservation and Educational Purposes. <br /> Tenant agrees to utilize the Premises for the purposes of carrying out its organizational mission <br /> to promote the preservation of historic structures, properties and other cultural resources in and <br /> around Hillsborough, NC, and will allow for regular public access to the Premises through <br /> guided tours and other historical interpretive programs. <br /> 35. Memorandum of Lease. County and Tenant shall execute a Memorandum of <br /> Lease for recordation. Such Memorandum of Lease shall comply with Article 8 of Chapter 47 of <br /> the North Carolina General Statutes. <br /> 36. Entire Agreement.
