20 <br /> ORD-2021-025 <br /> Sec. 14-1. - Fire prevention. <br /> (a) The Board of County Commissioners hereby adopts and incorporates appendices B, C, D, F, and <br /> H and all optional Operational Permits in Section 105 of the North Carolina State Fire <br /> Prevention Code into this chapter. <br /> (b) Amendments to appendices B, C, D, F, and H and all optional Operational Permits in Section <br /> 105 of the North Carolina State Fire Prevention Code, which are adopted and published by the <br /> State Building Code Council, shall be effective in Orange County at the time such amendments <br /> are made effective by the State Building Code Council. Should such appendices and permits be <br /> repealed or deleted by the State Building Code Council or the North Carolina General Assembly <br /> such appendices and permits shall be repealed in Orange County. <br /> (c) Copies of the North Carolina Administrative Code and the North Carolina State Fire Prevention <br /> Code,their appendices and amendments, shall be maintained in the office of the Orange County <br /> Fire Marshal. <br />
