Brad moved to approve the February 2021 minutes. Matthew seconded. <br /> III. Board Update <br /> a. There is one vacant position to be filled. <br /> IV. Director's Report: <br /> a. The FY21-22 budget is looking at a 30% decrease. This translates to a 50% <br /> decrease in programming. The county will try to find <br /> extra funds to help bridge the gap. <br /> b. WRAL Big Night in for the Arts — March 11 <br /> The majority of the proceeds will go back out in the form of <br /> relief grants. <br /> c. Haunted production by Sonny Kelly <br /> ArtsCenter, March 27'. Commissioned in partnership with OC <br /> Remembrance Coalition, Free Spirit Freedom, The ArtsCenter, <br /> and OCAC. <br /> d. ArtsDay 2021—March 22-24 <br /> Online this year. Katie has complimentary tickets. <br /> V. Liaison Reports <br /> a. UNC Student Liaison <br /> There are some student theater events in April. Most of the <br /> student led groups are not very active at this time. <br /> b. Chapel Hill Arts Commission <br /> The commission is rethinking some events and is looking into <br /> diversity issues. Funding has been found to maintain <br /> existing public arts. <br />
