Call to Order—Frances Castillo, Chair <br /> A. Commissioner Frances Castillo called the meeting to order at 6:08 pm. <br /> II. Welcome & Introductions <br /> III. Minutes Approval —June 14, 2021 <br /> A. Commissioner Castillo requested the edit be made to May 10, 2021 meeting minutes <br /> section IV-D). She noted the action to approve using the Programing forms occurred in <br /> the April 2021 meeting. Commissioner Allison Mahaley motioned for the minutes from <br /> the May 10, 2021, HRC meeting to be approved with suggested edits. Commissioner Dion <br /> Graham seconded the motion. All were in favor of approving the minutes. <br /> IV. Executive Committee Report <br /> A. Commissioner Francis Castillo reported how the Communication Committee <br /> acknowledged pride month on the HRCs Facebook page. <br /> B. She reported that the Committee has reached out to the Health Director, Ms. Quintana <br /> Stewart, for suggestions to write a response on the results of the Chovin trial. She <br /> explained how Ms. Stewart has assisted in providing resources on collective trauma and <br /> community trauma. She discussed how this project changed. It changed from being a <br />
