Call to Order—Frances Castillo, Chair <br /> A. Commissioner Frances Castillo called the meeting to order at 6:08 pm. <br /> II. Welcome & Introductions <br /> III. Minutes Approval —February 8, 2021 <br /> A. Commissioner Stephanie Harrell motioned for the minutes from the last HRC meeting to <br /> be approved. Commissioner Ana Garcia seconded the motion. All were in favor of <br /> approving the minutes. <br /> B. Commissioner Castillo reported that the Communication Committee will assist staff by <br /> taking the lead on maintaining a listserv. She also discussed Human Relation Commission <br /> (HRC) outreach materials to give service providers and the general public. She explained <br /> how this might give the public a better idea of who the HRC is and what the HRC does. <br /> IV. HRC Chair's Report <br /> A. Commissioner Francis Castillo reported that she thanked the Pauli Murray Award <br /> committee. She reported that she received good feedback on the event from those who <br /> attended. <br />
