Ordinance to Public Hearing 21 <br />November 24, 2003 ~ ~ q <br />at the time of the application., d <br />Photographs shall be taken from locations such as: property lines, <br />and/or nearby residential areas, historic sites, roadways, including <br />scenic roads and major view corridors, and other locations as <br />deemed necessary by the Planning Staff to assess the visual <br />impact of the proposed tower, The visibility of the balloon to <br />adjacent properties and the surrounding area shall not constitute <br />sole justification of denial of a permit application, but is an <br />indication of what location on the site may be less visually <br />intrusive. <br />j) The Special Use Permit application shall include a statement that <br />the facility and its equipment will comply with all federal, state and <br />local emission requirements, <br />k) All buildings and other structures to be located on the same <br />preperty zoning lot as a telecommunication tower shall conform <br />with the setbacks established for the zoning district or as <br />established through the subdivision process, whichever is <br />greater. <br />An Applicant may be required to submit an Environmental <br />Assessment Analysis and a Visual addendum.
