Margaret Ln. <br /> Hillsborough NC 27278 <br /> <br />We propose the following for your consideration: <br /> <br />.060 TPO Membrane Roof with ¼” Sloped Tapered Insulation <br /> <br /> Remove the existing membrane and insulation. Haul away all debris from the premises. <br /> Inspect the deck to determine if there is damage present. <br /> Note – All deck and or substrate repairs are handled on our usual time and material basis <br />and are in addition to the contract price. <br /> Install ¼” per foot tapered insulation to help prevent the ponding of water. Insulation will <br />be mechanically attached per manufactures specifications. <br /> Install one ply of .060 TPO membrane. To be mechanically attached per manufactures <br />specifications. <br /> Install new pipe flashings at all plumbing vent pipes. <br /> Flash all walls, pipes, and penetrations per manufactures specifications. <br /> All wall flashings to be fully adhered. <br /> Fabricate and install new 24-gauge metal drip edge on the perimeter of the roof. <br /> Remove and replace shingles as necessary to install new roof and flashings. <br /> Provide Pickard Roofing 5-year workmanship warranty. <br /> Provide manufacturers 15-year material only warranty. <br /> Perform a final detailed clean-up of all roofing related debris. <br /> <br />Our price for the work outlined above will be $12,894.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: CFEFCDC7-1704-4F47-9423-23631BCC7C9C
