<br /> <br />OE Enterprises, Inc. Mail Courier Services <br />OE has provided courier services to Orange County for many years. This wonderful opportunity has <br />created jobs for Orange County residents with disabilities and has allowed OE to support our <br />community. We thank Orange County and OC staff for their support to OE in these services. <br />OE will run an effective and efficient mail courier service by basing it off the best practices from the <br />existing model used in our current Orange County Mail Operations. <br />Mailroom operations will run daily; Monday through Friday excluding County <br />holidays and closures. All mailroom personnel will be well versed in the requirements <br />of the mail operations to include the need for on time delivery and efficiency. <br /> <br />Hours of operation <br />Mailroom operations will be run daily Monday through Friday excluding County <br />Holidays and closures. <br /> <br />Mail Vehicle <br />OE Staff shall utilize OE vehicles to transport incoming and outgoing mail <br /> <br />Postage <br />Outgoing mail will be processed via on site mail meter machine at OE’s Hillsborough, NC <br />facility. OE will provide all documentation to the County monthly related to postage costs <br />for reimbursement. Postage is a pass through and Orange County reimburses the actual <br />cost of only postage monthly to OE. <br /> <br />Courier Services Cost <br />OE has operated the courier services for Orange County for 15+ years. This service allows <br />OE to employ multiple individuals with disabilities from Orange County.
