Exhibit B1 <br /> <br />Pricing Exhibit <br /> <br />1. Fees. All Fees must be paid to Innovative within 30 days from the invoice date or as stated on the invoice <br />if different. <br /> <br />2. Term. Subject to the early termination provisions set forth in the GTCs, this Agreement will be ef fective for <br />an initial term of three (3) years following the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement will be <br />automatically renewed for additional one (1) year terms (each, a “Renewal Term” and, together with the <br />Initial Term, the “Term”), unless either party gives the other not less than ninety (90) days’ prior written <br />notice of its intent to terminate this Agreement effective as of the end of the then-current Term. Subscription <br />fees for years one (1) through three (3) are those as set out hereunder .
