Term of Agreement <br />This agreemrnt shall remain in effect fm ten (10) years from its <br />execution, and shall be renewable az provided N the following <br />subsection. <br />C. Proeetlure for renewal <br />At the end oC each trn year term, the agreement shall renew <br />avromatically, udess written nonce is provided of intent to <br />widrdrawaznmed in subsectiouE below.
