(~ '~ 5 <br />Ordinance to Public Rearing <br />Far the purpose of determining whether a subdivision is a Major Subdivision, <br />Class A Special Use (~rrtrl-Besi~ated-er Urban Designated), or a Major <br />Subdivision, Planned Development/Class A Special Use, (Rural Designated or <br />Urban Designated) the number of lots created shall be determined by counting <br />the cumulative number of regulated lots created, through subdivisions, on a <br />tract or parcel of land as the boundaries of said tract ar parcel of land existed in <br />the Land Records of Orange County as of <br />[the effective date of these Amendments] <br />Section 4, ZONING ORDINANCE.. Amend Article 4,1 by inserting the following after the <br />last paragraph of Article 4.1: <br />~* Within all districts certain subdivisions of land must meet additional <br />requirements and be approved either as a Class A Special Use ar as a Planned <br />Development, Class A Special Use as follows: <br />.. d~?1-40-bates.,)----A <br />t F 1 .i ' .. D..~.,t Do m <br />40-lets: v anta <br />1) Major Subdivision, Class A Special Use, Urban Designated (21-79 Lots)--A <br />tract of land in an Urban Designated azea that is proposed for a subdivision <br />of 21-79 lots. <br />2) Major Subdivision, Planned Development/Class A Special Use, Rural <br />Designated (41- 21+ Lots)-- A tract of land in a Rural Designated azea that is <br />proposed for a subdivision of 4~ 21 or more lots, <br />3) Major Subdivision, Planned Development/Class A Special Use Urban <br />Designated (80+ Lots)-- A tract of land in an Urban Designated azea that is <br />proposed far a subdivision of 80 or more lots. <br />Section 5, ZONING ORDINANCE Amend Article 4,3 Permitted Use Table, by amending <br />the following notes on each page of the permitted use table: <br />Witbin all zoning districts certain subdivisions of land in "Urban Designated" <br />and "Rural Designated" areas (as defined in Article 22) must be approved as <br />follows: <br />~ e 1.
