By providing a <br />direct connection to the interstate comidor without using NC 86 through <br />Hillsborough, the project will reduce traffic on congested Croton Phrase <br />(2000 AOT = 20,000). A portion of Stroud's Creek Lane from NC 5T has <br />been completed wit private funds.
