Presentation Regarding The Beacon <br /> 13 The Board received a presentation on The Beacon Public Art Festival, scheduled to <br /> 14 occur in the downtown communities of Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough July 15 through <br /> 15 August 15, 2022. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 BACKGROUND: <br /> 18 The Beacon is a new, biennial, large-scale arts festival to be presented in partnership with <br /> 19 fourteen community organizations.
