Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 33 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release motor vehicle <br /> 34 property tax values for thirteen (13) taxpayers with a total of fourteen (14) bills that will result in <br /> 35 a reduction of revenue. <br /> 36 c. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> 37 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, to release property tax <br /> 38 values for twenty-eight (28) taxpayers with a total of thirty-five (35) bills that will result in a <br /> 39 reduction of revenue. <br /> 40 d. Tax Collector's Annual Settlement for Fiscal Year 2020-21 <br /> 41 The Board received the tax collector's annual settlement on current and delinquent taxes, <br /> 42 approved by resolution the accounting thereof, and upon acceptance of the reports, issued the <br /> 43 Order to Collect for Fiscal Year 2021-2022. <br /> 44 e. Resolution Confirming Orange County's Agreement to Adopt the General Records <br /> 45 Retention and Disposition Schedule for Local Government Agencies <br /> 46 The Board adopted a resolution, which is incorporated by reference, confirming Orange <br /> 47 County's adoption and enforcement of the redesigned General Records Retention and <br /> 48 Disposition Schedule for Local Government Agencies ("General Schedule"); authorized the <br /> 49 Chair to sign the resolution and execute the necessary documents on behalf of the Board; <br /> 50 authorized the County Manager and Clerk to the Board to execute the necessary documents as <br />
