Closed Session <br /> 20 <br /> 21 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee and second by Commissioner Fowler to <br /> 22 enter into closed session at 8:39 p.m. "pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an <br /> 23 attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the <br /> 24 attorney and the Board" and to approve closed session minutes. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Roll call ensued. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Resume regular session <br /> 31 <br /> 32 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee and seconded by Commissioner Hamilton <br /> 33 to enter into regular session at 9:18 p.m. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 14.
