9 <br /> The following comments are added following OUTBoard Meeting: <br /> • The OUTBoard recommends that Orange County collaborate with other local <br /> jurisdictions to add off-street bicycle and pedestrian corridors within Orange County <br /> to the MTP, with an emphasis on linking parks, population centers, and other <br /> destinations. <br /> • Recreational facilities available for the public use in a manner that is multi-generational <br /> and accessible to all County citizens at both the countywide and community level. <br /> (Orange County Comprehensive Plan - Park and Recreation Goal #3) <br /> • An efficient and integrated multi-modal transportation system that protects the natural <br /> environment and community character.
