The room will go through the 15-30 minute dwell time and then the air scrubber will be turned back <br />on. <br />• The room will remain undisturbed for 48-hours minimum with the scrubbers running at which point the <br />Environmental Solutions Group will return to conduct the PRV at the expense of Orange County. <br />Price for all Recommended Work: $3,750.00 <br />Clarification: <br />• This scope does not include any repairs, work outside of the “Recommended Work” section of this <br />document and if conditions were to become optimal again, suspect fungal growth or mold could <br />reform. <br />• There is a strong possibility that at the completion of the suspect fungal growth removal, there will be <br />discoloration, staining or even grease like spots. Suspect fungal growth and mold can actually feed off of <br />and break down the pigmentation within the paint.
