Both School systems will be providing summaries for several of the agenda <br /> items, as well as supplemental information and attachments. <br /> Welcome and Opening Remarks — Chair Renee Price, Chair Jillian LaSerna, and Chair Hillary <br /> MacKenzie <br /> 1. COVID-19 Update and Status of Health/Safety Protocols <br /> Both School systems will provide updates on the effects of COVID-19 on their district along <br /> with the status of health and safety protocols implemented during the pandemic. <br /> Attachments to be provided under separate cover prior to the meeting. <br /> 2. Capital Needs Task Force <br /> Both School systems will provide information on this item. Attachments to be provided <br /> under separate cover prior to the meeting. <br /> 3. Mental Health Needs for Students and Staff <br /> Both School systems will provide information on the mental health needs identified for <br /> students and staff. Attachments to be provided under separate cover prior to the meeting. <br />
