6. Before planting any landscape within the right of way, the <br />encroaching party shall submit an application for a planting <br />permit to this office. The permit must be approved prior to <br />installing any plants. <br />7. The owner /developer shall adhere to all the attached <br />requirements and /or the notes marked on the submitted plans to <br />include : <br />A. Traffic movements need to be delineated in driveways <br />B. An encroachment agreement needs to be submitted for the <br />sidewalk that is within the right of way. <br />C. Yard Inlet #8 is not an approved junction box for DOT R/W <br />D. Storm drainage table should include Drainage Areas and <br />Discharges (Q25) <br />E. 10' x 70' Site Distance triangles need to be at edge of <br />R/W <br />F.
