060 <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />6.29.2 Design Review Process <br />1. Building elevation <br />drawings for each <br />proposed structure. <br />2. A minimum of two (2) <br />drawings of sections <br />through the site <br />illustrating existing and <br />proposed grade, as well as <br />the relationship of <br />different site features. <br />6.29.3a Standards in the <br />Hillsborough Area Economic <br />Development District Design <br />Manual <br />Standards generally <br />a) Harmonious and efficient <br />organization. The site plan <br />shall be organized <br />harmoniously and efficiently in <br />relation to existing <br />topography, the size and type <br />of plot, the character of <br />adjoining property, and the <br />type and size of buildings. The <br />site will be developed to <br />facilitate orderly development <br />of surrounding property and <br />with minimal disturbance to <br />the natural environment. <br />b) Preservation of natural <br />state. Desirable vegetation or <br />other unique natural features <br />shall be preserved in their <br />natural state when practical. <br />The Environmental Protection <br />Plan shall include the locations <br />of all existing trees 12" <br />diameter four feet above the <br />ground. <br />c) Enhancement of residential <br />privacy.
