(RKA) has completed a preliminary review of the <br />proposed site plan for the expansionhenovation of the existing State Employees' Credit <br />Union (SECU) in Hillsborough. Based on the site plan, the existing SECU includes a <br />4,811 square foot (s.f,) building with three drive - through windows and one drive- through <br />ATM. It is our understanding the existing building will be expanded on the north side and <br />;o =� h side by a total of approximately 2,523 s,f, to include storage space and a few new side <br />offices..
