GAr. M JR. <br />SECRETARY <br />Please be advised that I agree with the Traffic Impact Analysis for the above subject which <br />consists of the Following: <br />1. Developer dedicates an additional five feet of right -of -way along Oakdale Road. <br />2. Developer dedicates additional right-of-way to create a 50 -foot right -of -way from the center <br />line of Old NC 86 to the property line. <br />3. Developer dedicates a 35 -foot by 35 -foot triangle at the intersection of the two rights -of -way. <br />4. Recommend that Credit Union driveway be shifted approximately 115 feet to the south to <br />line up with other driveway as indicated in analysis if a full movement drive is desired. <br />5. If shift is not feasible with the proposed site plan, it will become a restrictive drive and other <br />measures will need to be discussed with Orange County and with NCDOT. <br />Do not hesitate to call Michael S.
