Redbuds in middle parking aisle and southern edge flagged, follow tip on condition in <br />spring. Specimens requiring replacement to be finalized in spring at 1yr inspection. <br />2.. Grass is 90 -95% established in all disturbed areas, landscape crew has over - seeded <br />where necessary. <br />3. Adjust rip -rap at entry of Bio- Retention Area to protect the left bank. <br />4. Relocate shrubs from outflow of emergency spillway. <br />5.. Adjust rip -rap in spillway necessary to protect outflow point.. <br />6. Virginia Magnolia at north of parking lot is flagged, follow up condition in spring. <br />7, Some of the ground cover at edges of the beds appear to be killed by overspray from <br />weed killer applied by grounds maintenance crew. <br />8. Temporary irrigation system to be drained to protect during winter.
