Scope of Work <br />Overview: <br />Recommend to replace condenser coil, water temperature sensor, charge circuit with new R-410A to name <br />plate charge, and clean coils for Carrier chiller model# 30RBA0906C-5D77C, s# 2209Q72926. <br />Inclusions: <br />•Arrive and check in with POC <br />•LOTO main shut off for Carrier chiller <br />•Recover refrigerant from left circuit <br />•Disassemble frame and remove coil from unit <br />•Install new coil <br />•Remove and replace water temperature sensor <br />•Perform leak inspection on refrigerant circuit <br />•Vacuum refrigerant circuit per manufacturer specification <br />•Charge circuit with 43lbs of new R410A <br />•Wash all condenser coils for Carrier chiller <br />•Verify operation of unit <br />•Clean material and trash from site after repairs <br />Exclusions: <br />•Overtime unless stated otherwise above <br />•Engineered drawings and permitting 3rdparty inspections if required <br />•Work by other trades unless specifically mentioned above including but not limited to electrical, sprinkler, fire <br />alarm, carpentry, masonry, coring, fire proofing, roofing / sealing, patching and / or painting, etc. <br />•Cleaning beyond basic housekeeping <br />•Any items not mentioned in the inclusions above <br />Sell Price <br />Total Quote Price $13,232.53 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: DC20C545-C699-46B4-AC5F-59F82117CC6D
