Emergency Management Warehouse Dehumidification Renovation <br />Orange County, NC <br />July 23, 2021 | Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Responsibilities of Owner <br />If required for successful completion of this project, the Owner agrees to provide the following: <br /> <br />A. Complete (as possible) set of facility drawings, including all trades. <br />B. An electronic file of the building/site plan. <br />C. A survey indicating locations of existing underground utilities. <br />D. All previous facility studies and evaluations. <br />E. Building, geotechnical, utility or environmental testing or reporting required by law or requested by SO. <br />F. Project budget considerations. <br />G. Construction schedule constraints/parameters. <br />H. Access to the site during normal business hours. <br /> <br />Existing Conditions <br />Please understand that the remodeling and/or rehabilitation of an existing building requires that certain assumptions be made regarding <br />existing conditions, and that these assumptions may not be verifiable without expending additional sums of money, or destroying otherwise <br />adequate or serviceable portions of the building. <br /> <br />Project Budget <br />We understand that the total project budget is $ 350,000 <br /> <br />Accordingly, the project budget is broken down as follows: <br /> <br />Construction Cost (not-to-exceed) $ 288,518 <br />## % Contingency Reserve $ 28,851 <br />Subtotal $ 317,369 <br />Design Fee $ 25,000 <br />Total Project Cost $ 349,369 <br /> <br />Fee <br />SO proposes to provide the services as described above for a fixed fee of $ 25,000 <br /> <br />This fee is broken down as follows: <br /> <br />Construction Documents 80 % <br />Construction Phase 20 % <br />Total 100 % <br /> <br />Payment for each phase shall be due upon completion of each phase. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal.
