Before implementation, all HOME projects undergo Environmental <br /> Review according to HUD requirements. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve and authorize the <br /> Chair to sign the resolution amending the resolution adopted on May 4, 2021 that authorized the <br /> Orange County FY 2021-2022 HOME Program Design. <br />
