24 <br /> -The Orange County Engineer will notify the affected parties when moving between Low Flow Stages. <br /> Conditions for All Water Users: <br /> -Allowable withdrawal values are based on natural flow estimates and releases from Lake Orange. <br /> -Excess withdrawals from the Eno River based on an outside source agreement may be made when flows at the Hillsborough gage are 10 cfs and <br /> above, regardless of water level in Lake Orange. Maximum withdrawals shall be limited to the total of the contract amount and the allocated <br /> amount. <br /> Conditions for the Town of Hillsborough: <br /> -Allowable withdrawals for the Town of Hillsborough shown above do not include withdrawals of water supply releases from the WFER. <br /> -Minimum releases from the WFER are based on Army Corps of Engineers Permit Condition, not the Eno River Water Management and Operations <br /> Plan. <br /> -Releases from Lake Orange and/or the WFER may need to exceed the minimum releases shown in Table 1 to meet the minimum instream flow <br /> requirements as shown in Table 1 due to natural conditions. <br /> Conditions for Orange County: <br /> -Releases from Lake Orange and/or the WFER may need to exceed the minimum releases shown in Table 1 to meet the minimum instream flow <br /> requirements as shown in Table 1 due to natural conditions. <br /> Conditions for Resco Products: <br /> When flows at the Hillsborough gage are 14 cfs and above,withdrawals from the Eno River will be limited to 0.9 mgd. Between 14 cfs and 4 cfs, <br /> withdrawals will be limited to 0.43 mgd, regardless of water level in Lake Orange. Below 4 cfs,withdrawals will be limited to amounts shown above <br /> for percent of storage remaining. <br /> 11 <br />
