31 <br /> Susan Spinks Owner/Manager Retail Pet 06/30/2023 <br /> Services <br /> NOTE —The following vacancies remain: <br /> POSITION EXPIRATION VACANCY INFORMATION <br /> DESIGNATION DATE <br /> At-Large 03/31/2024 Vacant since 03/31/2021 <br /> Unincorporated <br /> Count <br /> Veterinarian 03/31/2024 Vacant since 03/31/2021 <br /> Chair Price said the two members that the BOCC recommended at the work session <br /> indicated they are not available to serve on the Animal Services Hearing Panel Pool at this time. <br /> Tara May said two volunteers have come forward to serve: Susan Spinks and Allan <br /> Polak. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Fowler, seconded by Commissioner McKee, to <br /> appoint Susan Spinks and Allan Polak as Chairs to the Animal Services Hearing Panel Pool. <br /> Chair Price called each Commissioner by name (roll call). <br /> VOTE: UNANMIOUS <br /> 12. Information Items <br /> • May 4, 2021 BOCC Meeting Follow-up Actions List <br /> • Memorandum — Blackwood Farm Park — Phase 2 Status Report <br /> Commissioner Dorosin clarified the meeting calendar for the week of May 26, 2021. <br /> Laura Jensen informed the Board that they will be staying on the same Zoom call for the <br /> Closed Session. <br /> 13. Closed Session <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Fowler, to <br /> enter into closed session at 9:20 p.m. "pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3) "to consult with an <br /> attorney retained by the Board in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the <br /> attorney and the Board", and to approve Closed Session minutes. <br /> Roll call ensued <br /> VOTE: UNANMIOUS <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Bedford, to <br /> reconvene into regular session at 9:58 p.m. <br /> Roll call ensued <br />
