She said she wants to make sure all <br /> County buildings are accessible, and if the money needs to come from somewhere else, she <br /> would recommend delaying, or taking money from, the Mountain to Sea (MTS) trail. <br /> Paul Laughton said he has discussed this with Kirby Saunders, Emergency Services <br /> Director, and there is a staff amendment to reduce the study from $250,000 to $150,000, so he <br /> feels confident money can be allocated. <br /> Commissioner Greene said she is glad to hear this, as she could not support taking <br /> funding from MTS or the climate change fund. <br />
