28 <br /> NOTE — If the individual listed above is appointed, the following vacancies remain: <br /> POSITION EXPIRATION VACANCY INFORMATION <br /> DESIGNATION DATE <br /> At-Large 06/30/2023 Vacant since 05/20/2021 <br /> Tara May reminded the Board that it reached consensus on Paul Voss at its June 3, <br /> 2021 work session as the nominee for the At-Large partial term position on the Affordable <br /> Housing Advisory Board. <br /> Commissioner Dorosin suggested appointing Deon Graham to the At-Large position. <br /> He read some of the qualities about Graham that supported his nomination. <br /> Chair Price asked if he lives in Carrboro <br /> Commissioner Dorosin said this is an at large position. <br /> Tara May said he lives in the Carrboro city limits, but yes it is an at large position. <br /> Commissioner Greene agreed with the suggestion. <br /> Commissioner Bedford said he is on the Human Relations Commission, but his voice <br /> would be good on the Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br /> Chair Price said she had no problem with people serving on two boards. <br /> The Board agreed by consensus on Deon Graham. <br /> The Board reaffirmed their support of Voss to the partial-term position. <br /> Agricultural Preservation Board —Appointments Discussion <br /> The Board discussed appointments to the Agricultural Preservation Board. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The following appointment information is for Board consideration: <br /> NAME SPECIAL TYPE OF APPOINTMENT EXPIRATION <br /> REPRESENTATIVE TERM DATE <br /> Howard Vol. Ag.
