She said there is one fee that is <br /> going from $185 to $1,200, which is a significant jump. <br /> Travis Myren said fire inspection fees are being assessed based on building size. <br /> Chair Price said she understands that it is justified, but it has been waiting for a couple <br /> of decades, and may come as quite a shock to some. <br /> Chair Price referred to stormwater management on page 467. She clarified less than 1 <br /> acre is $300; between 1-10 acres it is $300 per disturbed acre; and 10-25 acres is $600. She <br /> asked if the larger the area, the greater the cost. <br /> Craig Benedict, Planning Director, said the larger the project, the more complex they are <br /> and require more time.
