She decided to put a quarterly report on the agenda, and will continue to <br /> do this. She said there will also be a presentation by staff on the status. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Allan Green said he was hoping to hearing from Chris Henley on the status of the MST, <br /> but he has read the report. He said he was encouraged to find that there was progress made <br /> over the last year, though not as much as the Friends of the Mountains to Sea Trail would have <br /> preferred. He said in the absence of a report, and given the time, he would ask the Board to <br /> encourage David Stancil, Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation <br /> Director, to participate more frequently in the planning process. <br /> Commissioner Greene thanked Mr. Green for his comment, and endorsed his request <br /> for County staff to be more directly engaged in this process. <br /> Chair Price said thanked Mr. Green for his comments, and for his patience in waiting so <br /> long. <br /> 8.
